before installing. 1. Move ipls***.zip to a new
empty directory.
2. Unzip to the empty directory.
3. Run ipls*.exe.
4. Follow the directions provided
in the setup utility. It will create
Start Menu links to ipPulse, the
license file, Readme.txt and the
uninstaller.
